- In 1910 she was a widow who had one child. She was living with her widowed cousin Peley Brown (Peleg Brown, 68, born abt 1842 in Rhode Island. A widower, proprietor of a livery stable on Kingstown Road in Narrangansett RI. Also in the house was his daughter Alice B. White, 42 (b. about 1868) and daughter Mary B. White, 33, born about 1877, and her husband Charles A. White, 36 (b. about 1874) a dentist, and their children Charles Jr. and Julia. In the 1880 census, Peleg was married to wife Julia and living with their children Julia, Alice, Elizabeth, Peleg, and Mary - the 1900 census says he was married in 1868). Peleg Brown's mother was Elizabeth Underwood according to his death certificate.
If Peleg was her (first) cousin, Elizabeth Brown Underwood's husband Perry Greene Underwood (b. 1838) would be Sylvester W. Underwood's sister. Perry Green Underwood had a brother James Henry Underwood b. 1844.

In the 1900 census, Celia is listed as 43 years old (born Jun 1856), married in 1872 but the marriage record is 1871.
Francelia is also listed living with him in the 1910 census, as Francelia Tebo, 56 years old (b about 1854).
